The information involved depends on the feature you use. Core access does not require a Better-jp account.

Information we do not need for core access
Better-jp does not require an account registration or special hardware permissions to use its core research and learning functions. The app is not designed to collect private wallet keys, exchange passwords, or credentials for placing real-money trades. Do not send that information in support messages.

5. Storage and retention

Research records may be stored on your device, depending on the app version and platform. Removing the app or clearing app storage may permanently remove locally stored watchlists, learning progress, alerts, and paper-trade history. Data requested from external market or news providers may be subject to their own retention practices.

No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device and operating system updated, use device-level access controls, and never include wallet keys, seed phrases, passwords, or exchange credentials in a support request.
